1. Northern Lights Winter Evening Tour

The Northern Lights, also called Aurora Borealis are one of the most spectacular shows on this earth and can frequently be seen in Iceland from September through March on cold, clear and crisp nights. If the weather conditions are right, we´ll go away from the city lights and find a dark place in the wilderness to enjoy the Northern Lights.

2. Aurora Borealis Winter Mystery Adventure
We follow the best weather to increase our chances of seeing the Northern Lights. We might go west; see Iceland´s largest hot spring, the beautiful Hraunfossar (Lava Waterfalls) and go off-roading on Langjokull Glacier. Or we might go east; visit the old parliament of Thingvellir, Geysir and Gullfoss waterfall. Or we might go along the south shore and see the black sanded beaches, Seljalandsfoss waterfall and go cave exploring… All according to your wishes and the weather forecast. Dinner (incl.) will be at a local restaurant and we hunt for the Northern Lights on the way back to Reykjavik.

Q: What options do we have if we book and do not go on the tour due to the weather conditions?
A: We recommend to book few available for you evenings for this tour as a back-up, so you can go on another day (dependent on the weather) or we can refund you the full cost of the tour if it was cancelled because of the weather.

Q: Where do we go on this tour?
A: The itinerary depends on the weather. We check the sky map and go to hunt the Northern Lights to the location where the skies are clear and the Northern Lights activity is the most high. We go away from the city lights within a radius up to 100 km from Reykjavik.
